Why trust Ohana with your villa?
Ohana is a licensed real estate agency in Mo'orea, not a remote concierge. For more than 7 years we have managed a deliberately small collection of villas. Local presence, full transparency. We treat the house as if it were ours.
What is included?
Day-to-day coordination, guest welcome, housekeeping, maintenance, reservations, calendar and reporting. Two aims: the performance of the villa, and the stay of the people in it.
How do you market the property?
Professionnal photography, a clear presentation, and distribution on multiple channels.
How do you charge?
We charge a commission on bookings. It is in our interest that the house is rented — and rented well. That means a house that is cared for, and guests who leave happy. We work at both.
Can I still stay in the house?
Yes. Owner stays are blocked on the calendar. You remain the owner.
